: because it's not that important. It's an exchange program. japan puts up a good team but so many of our best players don't go because they are busy with their summer teams.
wow, you must not have made the japan team and so now you are bitter. it is so important that players actually take time off of their summer team to participate. maybe you should crawl out of your hole in tacoma and actually see that there is a bigger wider world out there than the one you live in
